Methodius Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow transformations for major international clients. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, provide technical leadership, and work across delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will contribute to AI-enhanced workflows, mentor consultants, and stay at the forefront of ServiceNow capabilities while collaborating with global customers

Competenze

• 8+ years' experience in ServiceNow professional services or equivalent
• Strong hands-on design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or CIS) recommended
• Deep expertise in one or two ServiceNow product/workflow areas
• Experience translating business needs into technical designs
• Ability to work with customers through workshops and discussions
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
