Methodius Ltd seeks an experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant to shape transformations and deliver value with deep ServiceNow expertise integrated with consulting and solution design.
You will engage with senior stakeholders across the UK and internationally, translating complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions and leading key workstreams in a predominantly remote model.
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in ServiceNow Professional Services or similar customer-facing Tech env.
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and translate business challenges into ServiceNow solutions.
- Design scalable, maintainable ServiceNow architectures aligned to best practice.
- Produce technical specs, designs and user stories for delivery.
- Provide technical leadership across projects and workstreams.
- Review configuration, integrations and testing to ensure quality.
- Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer value.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants.
