Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland in Dublin is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join a Dublin-based project on a permanent basis with a hybrid working model. You will design scalable platform architectures and lead ITSM implementations.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, ensure governance and performance, and stay current with ServiceNow releases. The role requires deep expertise across CMDB, incident, change, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities and best practices.
• Strong ITSM process expertise and ServiceNow applications.
• Proven ability to design reports and dashboards using ServiceNow tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Lead ITSM implementations including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Develop analytics with Performance Analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure governance, security, and performance aligned with best practices.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external apps.
• Guide platform roadmap and mentor developers, admins, and project teams.
• Conduct reviews to ensure consistency, scalability and standards.

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect this is a perm role working on a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Develop enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Performance Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure platform governance, security, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
• Support the strategic roadmap for platform enhancements and future capability expansion.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to developers, administrators, and project teams.
• Conduct solution and architecture reviews to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with organisational standards.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, new features, and emerging industry best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow applications.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, data modelling, and service mapping principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certification highly desirable.
