Job summary

Methodius IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of engagements. You will lead delivery teams, manage governance, and drive commercial outcomes for customers and partners.

You will oversee resource planning, forecasting and continuous improvement in ServiceNow delivery, balancing strategic and operational priorities across geographically distributed teams. This is a majority remote role with monthly onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in professional services, technology consulting, delivery management or ServiceNow project/programme delivery.
• Strong experience managing large and complex ServiceNow engagements and delivery teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ideally with ITSM/ITOM/ITAM knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow solution design, integrations and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of a portfolio of ServiceNow engagements, ensuring delivery against Statements of Work, timelines, budgets and customer expectations.
• Lead governance across complex engagements, establish forums, reporting structures and escalation routes.
• Act as a senior point of contact for customers and manage delivery concerns, resourcing and changes in priorities.
• Coordinate resource planning and scheduling across multiple engagements with resource managers and practice leadership.
• Monitor utilisation, delivery performance, financial burn, milestones and engagement health.
• Produce portfolio and engagement reporting for customers, delivery teams and senior leadership.
• Ensure accurate recording of consultant time, bookings and contractual commitments to support invoicing.
