Job summary

Culligan Home is seeking a Service Technician to service and repair residential water treatment systems across multiple locations in Ireland. This field-based role offers a €40,000 per annum salary plus a €4,000 tax-free meal allowance.

You will diagnose faults, provide customer guidance, maintain records, and coordinate with installation teams. Monday–Friday days with pension, discounts, and wellbeing support provided.

Qualifications

• Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in the field of water treatment.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification is preferable however, full training will be given.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of residential water treatment systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Contract Type: Full Time Permanent - subject to 6 month probation

Location: Field Based - Multiple Locations, Galway, Kilkenny, Athlone, Wicklow, Dublin

As an Service Technician, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring optimal functioning of our systems and maximum customer satisfaction.
