Job summary

Finning (UK) Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Service Technical Trainer to join the Learning and Development Team. You will create and deliver technical training for our engineers, aligning with CAT standards and Finning requirements.

You will plan courses with the Service Business Partner and SMEs, develop curricula, and use blended learning to maximise attendance while maintaining safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the training calendar for technical training across Finning by working with the Service Business Partner and identified SMEs.
• Plan courses in line with CAT’s Technician Career Development Programme (TCDP) and integrate with NPI and technical training requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for engineers and customers, ensuring training meets CAT and Finning standards and emphasizes safety and customer service.
• Utilise blended learning techniques to maximise training opportunities and ensure high attendance.
