Job summary

Finning (UK) Ltd is seeking a Service Technical Trainer to join the Learning and Development Team in Ireland/UK. You will create and deliver technical training for engineers, ensuring it aligns with CAT and Finning standards and safety culture.

You will lead curriculum development, plan training aligned with the Technician Career Development Programme, and utilise blended learning to maximise impact, while working with cross-functional teams to optimise attendance and outcomes.

Qualifications

5 years operating heavy plant or diesel generators experience preferred.
Evidence of continuous professional development.
Ability to build positive relationships with varied seniority levels.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the training calendar for technical training with Service and SMEs.
Collaborate with Training Team to develop the Technical Training curriculum for engineers in UK & Ireland.
Plan courses aligned with CAT Technician Career Development Programme (TCDP) and NPI requirements.
Develop and deliver training for engineers and customers to CAT and Finning standards with safety focus.
Utilise blended learning to maximise training opportunities for Finning staff.
Ensure training aligns with current service specs and promotes inclusive customer service.
Coordinate with coordinators to schedule courses and maximise attendance.
