Job summary

Pelco Group's Centra | Texaco site is seeking an experienced Service Station Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and maintain high standards of customer service and fresh food offering. You will manage people, schedules, stock, and compliance, while delivering on KPIs and margins in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key focus areas include merchandising, HACCP and hygiene compliance, cost control, reporting, and staff development to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Retail management position.
• Passion for retail, strong ownership and accountability.
• Proven people management and leadership capability.
• Experience reading and actioning reports.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills.
• KPIs and targets driven.
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Take final responsibility for the efficient day-to-day running of the site.
• Ensure the store reflects company standards of merchandising, presentation and Customer Care.
• Achieve sales, margins, wastage targets.
• Implement HACCP and maintain hygiene levels to the highest standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of shop area with daily checklists.
