The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and leading a cohesive team. You will manage daily operations, train staff, ensure hygiene and safety, and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Food safety knowledge (Levels 1 & 2) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Proven staff management abilities and leadership.
• Strong work ethic and retail/customer focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure merchandising, presentation and customer care standards.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and policy compliance.
• Follow operational checklists daily across shop and forecourt.
• Develop and train staff to required standards.
• Manage stock orders, deliveries and stock takes.
