Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Service Supervisor to lead a technical service team within Service Operations. You will coach technicians, coordinate schedules, and drive on-time repairs while controlling costs and maintaining quality.

You will provide technical leadership, manage logistics, and nurture customer relationships, delivering continuous improvement and aligning with safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical team.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Service Technicians and Team Leaders.
• Coordinate technician schedules, allocate resources, and drive productivity and repair quality.
• Ensure repairs are completed on time and in line with customer expectations and approved quotations.
• Provide technical leadership and first‑line support, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Manage service logistics to deliver safe, cost‑effective operations.
• Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and warranty resolution.
• Monitor branch goals and implement actions to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement by streamlining workflows and adapting to evolving needs.
