Qualifications

• Degree required (third level)
• 5-8 years' plus experience in a similar service/support/management role
• Proficiency in CRM/ERP software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Teams to deliver high levels of customer service
• Develop strategies, monitor performance and ensure targets are met
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead to maintain service quality and compliance
• Recruit, train and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews
