Job summary

Positive Futures is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-quality, person-centred service and to drive excellence in outcomes for people supported.

You will lead a values-driven team, ensure HIQA/HSE compliance, manage budgets, and develop services in partnership with families and stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to influence practice and advocate for supported individuals in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in operational management including supervision.
• Accredited qualifications in social care and health/social care management.
• Full valid driving licence with access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated, values-driven team aligned with Positive Futures' vision.
• Ensure services are safely staffed, effectively managed and delivered within budget.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, innovation, expertise and tenacity across the service.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA, HSE, Health & Safety requirements and all relevant legislation.
• Monitor service quality and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
