Job summary

Praxis Care is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee a care service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for vulnerable adults. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will drive service development, compliance and staff supervision within a regulated environment.

You must hold relevant health and social care qualifications, have a minimum of three years in a supervisory role, and be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory or management experience in health and social care.
• 3rd Level qualification or QQI Level 6 in the health and social care field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee service delivery to ensure person-centred, safe care.
• Coordinate referrals, admissions and reviews in partnership with statutory agencies and families.
• Directly manage staff through supervision, workload planning and development.
• Promote a positive, cohesive work environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting and financial procedures for the service.
