Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is partnering with our client to recruit a Person in Charge - Service Manager for a designated centre in Galway City. This is a full-time permanent role at a senior management level, overseeing services for adults and children with intellectual disability and comorbidities.

You will manage annual budgets, including staffing and all expenditure, and be responsible for operating within approved budgets to ensure high-quality, person-centred supports.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Social Care or Nursing required.
• Level 6 Management qualification completed or willingness to undertake.
• Minimum 3 years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
• Full licence and access to own transport.

Responsibilities

• As Person in Charge, responsible for the effective provision and operation of services and supports to adults and children in a designated centre.
• Manage and monitor the annual budgets, including staffing and all aspects of expenditure within the designated centre.
