Praxis Care is seeking a Project/Service Manager to lead a care service, reporting to the Head of Operations. The role focuses on compliant, high-quality support for vulnerable people, maintaining Praxis Care values and brand across all activities.

You will manage referrals, admissions, budgeting, health and safety, and staff supervision, ensuring person-centered programs and outcomes aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory or management experience in health and social care.
• 3rd Level qualification or QQI Level 6 in health and social care.
• Must be eligible to be registered with HIQA as Registered Manager for this service.

Responsabilités

• Ensure service is user-focused, co-produced and upholds respect, privacy, dignity, independence and choice.
• Oversee referral, admission and review procedures with partnerships with statutory agencies and families.
• Lead and supervise staff, manage workloads, and support staff development and qualifications.
• Develop relationships to promote Praxis Care in the community.
• Ensure budget control, health and safety compliance, and accurate reporting.
