Job summary

EPS Group in Naas, Co. Kildare, invites an experienced Service Manager to lead the Service & Maintenance business across Leinster. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive service delivery, and nurture key customer relationships while aligning people, process and performance with growth goals.

This leadership role requires commercial acumen, budgeting, and a focus on safety and quality, with a track record of developing teams and delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Manager, Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop service teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, including quotations, job costing and budget management.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer relationship skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a service team, fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus and continuous improvement.
• Manage key customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow service revenues and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Drive departmental performance through effective management of budgets, quotations, job costing, invoicing and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with senior management to support business planning and growth initiatives.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation and service delivery activities.
• Ensure service jobs, repairs and callouts are completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and company standards.
