EPS Group in Naas, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Service and Maintenance Administrator. The role reports to the Service Manager and is a permanent, full-time position based on site in Naas.
You will support day-to-day administration, coordinate service jobs, invoices, and maintain service contract documentation while liaising with customers and suppliers. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Teams is expected, with ERP experience (SAP/IFS) highly regarded.

Job Title: Service and Maintenance Administrator, EPS

This is a permanent, full-time role.
Preference will be given to those with experience in Accounts / Bookkeeping and or ERP software (SAP or IFS).ERP software training would be considered for the right candidate.
Previous experience working with service agreements or maintenance contracts is desirable but not essential. Candidates should have the ability to understand service documentation and provide high-level administrative support for service contract administration and customer queries.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
You will have excellent organisational abilities, communication skills and strong time management skills.You will be flexible and willing to work to tight deadlines when required.You will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all areas of your work.
