Job summary

Tyrecare Ltd – Killeshandra, Co. Cavan is seeking an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team at our premises in Killeshandra.

This in-house role supports our nationwide service operation, coordinating customer service calls, scheduling technicians and ensuring jobs are followed through from enquiry to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, service technicians, parts and office teams to maintain high service standards and clear

• Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple jobs and priorities at the same time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident dealing with customers and technicians by telephone and email.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Comfortable preparing quotations and processing job-related paperwork.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and managing customer service enquiries by phone and email
• Logging service calls and gathering information required to diagnose and schedule jobs
• Planning and coordinating the daily and weekly workload of field service technicians
• Scheduling service visits efficiently based on location, urgency and technician availability
• Keeping customers informed regarding appointments, delays and job progress
• Preparing job sheets and all associated service documentation
• Coordinating parts and equipment required for upcoming service calls
• Liaising with technicians regarding outstanding jobs, parts requirements and follow-up visits
• Preparing quotations for repairs, servicing and replacement parts where required
• Following up quotations and outstanding service work with customers
• Ensuring completed job paperwork is returned, checked and processed correctly
• Maintaining accurate customer, equipment and service records
• Working closely with the sales, parts and accounts teams
• Assisting with warranty claims and supplier technical queries where required
