Salary: €34,000 + €2,000 Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Centre Coordinator to manage the end-to-end coordination of customer repair and replacement services.

This role acts as the key point of contact between customers, technicians, courier partners and internal teams, ensuring a smooth customer journey while meeting service and turnaround targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer repair and replacement cases from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, updates and escalations.
• Coordinate with technicians, couriers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor repair progress and resolve delays or service issues.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain repair pricing and service information on customer-facing platforms.
• Produce basic operational reports and support continuous service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and data protection requirements.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in customer service, service coordination, operations, logistics or administration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of Irish customer expectations and culture.

Desirable

• Experience in consumer electronics, repairs, telecommunications, logistics or technical support.
• Experience working with service management or manufacturer systems.
