Job summary

Abrivia Recruitment Specialists in Dublin South is seeking a Customer Care Executive for a full-time hybrid role (2 office days / 3 remote after probation). Located in South City Dublin, the position runs Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm with an attractive base salary plus a performance bonus paid quarterly.

You will support customers across phone, email and digital channels, handle queries and service requests, and maintain accurate records while delivering a positive experience.

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
