Job summary

Aramark in Dublin is seeking a Workplace Technology & Operations Co-Ordinator to manage the day-to-day delivery of workplace technology, facilities operations and services, ensuring a seamless employee experience through AV solutions, meeting room technology and vendor management.

You will provide onsite support for workplace technology, coordinate maintenance, office moves and events, and produce KPI reports with Excel and Power BI.

Salary €45-50k DOE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Workplace Operations or Facilities Management.
• Experience supporting AV systems and meeting room tech.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or BI tools.
• Knowledge of smart workplace technologies and occupancy analytics.
• Experience supporting workplace transformation or technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for workplace technology, including AV systems, meeting rooms, MS Teams, Zoom and room booking platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workplace technology issues, escalating where required.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, office moves, workplace changes and events.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery standards are achieved.
• Produce KPI reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Conduct workplace audits and ensure compliance with health & safety and service requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to workplace technology, operational efficiency and employee experience.
