Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Workplace Technology & Operations Lead to manage and improve workplace technology, facilities operations and services, ensuring a seamless employee experience through AV solutions, meeting room tech and reporting.

The role covers onsite support for AV, MS Teams, Zoom, room booking platforms, plus coordinating maintenance, moves and events; you will deliver KPI dashboards with Power BI and Excel and manage vendor performance while driving workplace improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Management, Workplace Technology or Technical FM.
• Experience supporting AV systems, meeting room technology, MS Teams and Zoom.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for workplace technology, including AV systems, meeting rooms, MS Teams, Zoom and room booking platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workplace technology issues, escalating where required.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, office moves, workplace changes and events.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure service delivery standards are achieved.
• Produce KPI reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Conduct workplace audits and ensure compliance with health & safety and service requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to workplace technology, operational efficiency and employee experience.
