Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IS, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of Workday HRIS consulting, implementation, or support experience.
• Strong Workday Core HR expertise and experience in Talent, Benefits, Payroll or Time Tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional HR technology initiatives.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, integrations, and HR data management.
• Previous ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Exposure to AI-enabled HR technologies or automation platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand needs and define requirements.
• Configure and support Workday core HR and related HR technologies.
• Lead HR technology projects from planning through deployment.
• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop future HR tech solutions using AI and intelligent workflows.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, security, and compliance.
• Create SDLC compliant documentation and training materials.
