Job summary
Amundi is seeking an HR AI & Process Automation Specialist VIE M/F to join the Dublin HR team for 24 months. Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR, IT, or related field.
- Experience in HR automation projects.
- Experience in financial services or asset management is a plus.
- Experience in applying AI in HR settings.
Responsibilities
- Review existing HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate routine tasks.
- Design and build automation solutions using Power Automate and other AI-enabled tools.
- Work closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
- Develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven tools and automation initiatives within HR.
- Ensure solutions are scalable and can be used across Amundi locations.
- Document processes, workflows, and designs for governance and handover.
- Test, refine, and troubleshoot automation solutions for reliability and adoption.
- Provide guidance and training to HR team members on new tools and workflows.
- Stay informed on AI and automation developments and propose opportunities for innovation.
