Job summary

Workday seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the Platform Consumption Console (PCC) team in Ireland. You will contribute to data ingestion, billing accuracy and customer-facing controls, building front-end experiences and robust backend services integrated with AI capabilities in HR and Finance workflows.

You will work in a cross-functional pod, tackle high-stakes engineering challenges, and influence technical standards while delivering impact at scale for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with designing, developing and deploying solutions.
• 5+ years with a web framework (Python or Java preferred).
• 5+ years in Backend or Data Engineering in a cloud environment (AWS).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build user-facing and platform experiences that increase trust in AI-driven agents.
• Design and ship full-stack solutions from front-end to backend services.
• Ingest usage data, ensure accurate billing, and develop enterprise dashboards.
