Job summary

Korn Ferry in Dublin is seeking a senior Workday Benefits Consultant to own and optimise the Workday Benefits module across BAU, change and project delivery. You will configure benefits functionality, manage plans, eligibility, coverage types, groups, rates, enrolment processes, life events, dependents and beneficiaries in a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years' Workday experience.
Deep hands-on Workday Benefits configuration.
Experience in global or multi-country Workday Benefits environments.
Proven Open Enrolment experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Own the Workday Benefits module end-to-end across BAU, change requests and project delivery.
Configure and maintain Workday Benefits functionality to business and country requirements.
Manage Benefit Plans, Eligibility Rules, Coverage Types, Benefit Groups and Rates.
Oversee Enrolment Processes, Life Events, Dependants and Beneficiaries.
Own Open Enrolment configuration, testing, issue resolution and deployment.
Support Benefits activity in a live production environment.
Collaborate with Benefits, HR, Payroll, HR Technology and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve Benefits processes and employee experience.
