Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a senior Workday Compensation Consultant in Ireland to lead end-to-end configuration and delivery of Core and Advanced Compensation. You will manage BAU, projects and change requests, collaborating with Reward and HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Workday Compensation, extensive cross-functional knowledge, and the ability to operate independently in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' Workday experience, 10+ years preferred.
• Deep, hands-on experience configuring Workday Compensation.
• Strong Core Compensation experience across Compensation Plans, Eligibility Rules, Grades, Grade Profiles and Salary.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Compensation activity end-to-end across BAU, enhancements, change requests and project delivery.
• Configure and maintain Workday Compensation functionality in line with business requirements.
• Manage and support Compensation Plans, Eligibility Rules, Grades, Grade Profiles, Salary, Allowances, Bonus, Merit and Compensation Packages.
• Support annual compensation and reward cycles.
• Translate Reward requirements into effective and scalable Workday configuration.
• Investigate and resolve Compensation configuration and data issues.
• Manage change requests from requirements through configuration, testing and deployment.
• Work closely with Reward, HR, HR Technology and business stakeholders.
• Understand and manage dependencies between Compensation and HCM, Reporting, Security and Payroll.
