Mastercard Inc. is seeking an experienced User Experience/Interaction Designer to join the data and services Product Development team. You will contribute to data-driven dashboards, MVPs, and AI/ML powered experiences across web, mobile, and IoT.

Part of a cross‑functional team, you will work with product managers, brand, and tech partners to define UX strategy, craft prototypes, and ensure usable, scalable interfaces that balance business goals with user needs.

Qualifications

Experience developing User Archetypes and Personas to inform product design decisions.
Experience in rapid prototyping (Lean UX and Design Thinking).
Experience articulating elegant experiences using sketches, storyboards and prototypes.
Experience implementing usable visual mockups and prototypes.
Experience with complex information architectures.
Experience across multiple media (web, mobile, IoT).
Experience using prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator.

Responsabilités

Design of Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using Lean UX and Design Thinking.
Participate in Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
Explore AI/ML data-driven design possibilities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Contribute to Mastercard’s design pattern library and patterns.
Help define the next generation of data-driven products and visualization.
Create cohesive visual language across web, mobile, and IoT forms.
Collaborate with brand/marketing and engineering to deliver usable experiences.
