Quest Recruitment is partnering with a leading financial services organisation in Dublin to recruit an experienced Transfer Agency Manager for the Fund Administration team. You will lead client relationships, oversee TA activities, ensure accurate reporting and drive service excellence across a portfolio of alternative investment clients, with a focus on governance and controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience within Transfer Agency or Fund Administration.
• Previous experience in Hedge Fund Administrator or alternative investment environment.
• At least 3 years' experience in a senior administrator, supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of investor servicing, capital activity, NAV processes and client reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients and manage relationships.
• Oversee daily TA activities and ensure deadlines and controls.
• Provide oversight of capital activity, NAV processes and investor records.
• Ensure investor and client reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
• Lead team meetings and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with AML, Treasury, Fund Accounting, Compliance and Audit.
