Job summary

EY Ireland’s Strategy and Transactions practice seeks a Transaction Diligence Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead financial due diligence engagements for cross-border transactions. You will manage teams, liaise with clients, and provide strategic insights on capital structuring and deal value.

The role requires strong technical and leadership abilities, with the Dublin office as a base and regular collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent.
• ACA/ACCA qualification expected.
• Must be able to attend Dublin EY office several days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational results of target companies.
• Prepare and review historical and pro forma financial analyses.
• Lead client deliverables including databooks, reports and presentations.
• Lead presentations and interactions with clients and key stakeholders.
• Project manage teams and coordinate across EY Ireland and international offices.
