Job summary

EY is hiring for a Transaction Diligence Senior Manager/Associate Director in Ireland. The role involves leading financial due diligence, partnering with multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering client deliverables from Dublin office.

You will review financial information, manage projects, and interact with senior stakeholders while contributing to business planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Commerce or equivalent qualification.
• ACA / ACCA qualified.
• Ability to attend the Dublin EY office a number of days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational results of target companies.
• Review historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and funding needs.
• Lead client deliverables including data analyses, reports and presentations.
• Project manage teams and coordinate with EY SaT and other service lines.
