Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Transaction Services / Due Diligence environment.
• Ability to lead transactions and manage teams.
• High accuracy, diligence and integrity.
• Strong understanding of local GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Review financial analysis and reports.
• Lead agenda setting and Management Q&A discussions.
• Identify key deal issues and commercial observations.
• Prepare and review reports with the team.
• Liaise with clients, target businesses and advisers.
• Lead project management on engagements and client updates.
• Lead proposals, pitches and business development initiatives.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
