Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Technical Program Manager for SRE to partner with SRE leaders and engineers, scaling the platform that underpins cloud products. You will drive program execution, embed reliability practices, and coordinate across US and EMEA teams for smoother launches and clearer roadmaps.

Based in Dublin or Cork, or remote in Ireland, you will influence incident response, SLO/SLI definitions, and cross-functional coordination to deliver reliability at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management or similar roles partnering with software engineers.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-team initiatives through ambiguity and change.
• Strong knowledge of production change management, SDLC, and reliability metrics (SLOs/SLIs).

Responsibilities

• Drive program planning & execution with SRE engineers and leaders; manage dependencies and Jira tracking.
• Strengthen production reliability by leading change management and launch readiness programs.
• Coordinate cross-team incident response and align with Security, Compliance, Cloud platform teams.
• Design scalable processes and reduce reliance on individual heroes; enable autonomous teams.
