Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in software and operating distributed systems.
• 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• Deep technical familiarity with Kubernetes ecosystems and modern IaC tooling.
• Experience with stateful storage or database systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of 6-8 engineers.
• Define and drive a clear technical vision for the storage systems.
• Contribute through hands-on technical work and architectural design reviews.
• Liaise for the Storage Layer Services SRE team.
