Job summary

Jobgether lists a Senior Project Delivery Specialist based in Ireland for a partner company, overseeing complex, high-impact projects expanding global mobile connectivity and eSIM services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, MNOs, and service partners to ensure successful delivery in a fully remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• At least three years in mobile telecommunications.
• At least six years delivering enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
• Solid understanding of eSIM technology and its applications.
• Familiarity with roaming use cases and international roaming concepts.
• Practical experience with Waterfall and Agile PM approaches.
• PM certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM are advantageous.
• Strong scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Proactive risk management and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international teams.
• Ability to coordinate technical and business teams across vendors and partners.
• Basic knowledge of mobile core network tech and OSS/BSS is a plus.
• Previous international work experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies and milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor external partners' performance and address issues.
• Apply project management methodologies to strengthen governance and communication.
• Define and report on project success metrics and status updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
• Allocate resources and prioritize across concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering and QA for testing and quality standards.
• Coordinate integration of new mobile networks into platforms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for new markets in collaboration with Legal and Product.
• Escalate delivery challenges and engage stakeholders to maintain progress.
• Drive continuous improvement across international initiatives.
