Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Project Manager based in Ireland to coordinate IT/software delivery projects remotely. You will align Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams, manage timelines and risks, and support governance with clear stakeholder updates.

The role emphasizes structured coordination, proactive problem-solving, and delivering software effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work with a Lead PM to ensure successful releases and governance adherence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years IT project management or delivery experience, with software/mobile/web projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Business).
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence, planning, scheduling, milestones, scope management, and change control.
• Experience with release planning, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of risk and dependency management, delivery reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Understanding of SDLC, QA, UAT, and production deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects through full delivery lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers using Jira.
• Coordinate daily activities across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and escalate blockers early.
• Prepare status updates, dashboards, and management reports for visibility.
• Document risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs.
• Monitor scope changes and their impact on timelines and resources.
• Maintain project documentation and decision logs.
