Job summary

EMR Solutions is seeking a commercially driven project leader to head a multinational project management function in Dunboyne, Co. Meath.

You will oversee a portfolio across SCADA, automation, telemetry and related infrastructure, delivering on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a member of the leadership team, you will coach programme and project managers, manage risks and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders across Ireland and the UK.

Qualifications

• Lead large, complex engineering projects with at least eight years' experience.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in utilities or regulated infrastructure.
• PMO leadership and portfolio governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme and project management teams and PMO.
• Own portfolio delivery plan, forecast, and resource priorities.
• Maintain senior customer relationships and manage escalations.
• Ensure project scope, budget, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, procurement, and logistics.
