MongoDB is seeking a Technical Services Engineer based in Dublin to join our in-office team within a hybrid model. You will advise customers on MongoDB Core, Atlas, and related infrastructures, handling complex production databases and optimizing performance and security.

The role emphasizes customer-focused problem solving, collaboration with engineering, and developing tools and training to elevate technical excellence across teams.

Competenze

• 5–6 years in technical support, systems engineering, or related field.
• Experience running mission-critical production DB systems.
• Strong Linux skills and systems engineering focus.
• Solid networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS).
• Ability to read code and write basic scripts in one or more languages.
