Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Atlas Data Federation & Archiving team in the Dublin area. The role is based in Cork with hybrid or in-office options and will lead a team of driven engineers, contributing to code, design, and architecture.

You will work with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, collaborate with customers and support engineers on issues, and guide the development of large-scale distributed backend systems in Go, Java, or C#.

• Has at least 3 years of people management experience.

• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
