Jobgether partner company is seeking an Integration Engineer based in Ireland to help e-commerce clients connect their websites and mobile apps to an advanced search and product discovery platform. You will blend technical troubleshooting with API guidance and customer support to deliver reliable integration experiences.

You will work with customers and Customer Success teams to resolve issues, optimize catalog configurations, and document onboarding steps.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or similar technical role.
• Understanding of REST-based web services and APIs.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with focus on responsive customer support.
• Familiarity with JSON/CSV and basic search/index concepts.
• Experience using debugging tools such as Postman and browser dev tools.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through the technical integration process for the platform.
• Provide API guidance and best practices for REST APIs and libraries.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues with Customer Success teams.
• Help configure catalog data, facets, and searchable attributes.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document interactions, recurring issues, and resolutions; improve guides and onboarding docs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline integration workflows and support processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical questions.
