Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and managed services programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, and report to senior leadership through governance boards.

This role requires a proven track record in IT infrastructure and applications delivery, with strong ability to translate technical detail into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' project management experience on complex technology or Managed Services programmes.
• Senior-level delivery experience across IT infrastructure, applications and integrations.
• Experience transitioning complex solutions from development through production and BAU.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Integrated Managed Services Delivery Plan.
• Oversee End-to-End Delivery Lifecycle across multiple workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional coordination and dependencies.
• Ensure end-to-end service integration and production readiness.
• Lead RAID, milestone and resource management, escalating as needed.
• Communicate with clients and governance boards; provide senior reporting.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU / OPEX and post-Go-Live support.
