Job summary

Indra is seeking a senior programme delivery professional to lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale programme from mobilisation through to live service in Ireland. You will operate at executive level, manage multi-workstream delivery across diverse teams and governance bodies, and ensure alignment with stakeholders and vendors.

This role demands proven programme leadership at scale, full accountability for delivery, governance and outcomes, and experience delivering through SIT, FAT, SAT,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale programmes at executive level.
• Ability to influence decisions and manage governance bodies.
• Strong stakeholder management across multi-country teams.
• Budget ownership and delivery accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with testing lifecycles (FAT/SAT/SIT) and go-live execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery from mobilisation to transition into live operations.
• Own and manage integrated programme plans across all workstreams.
• Operate at board/executive level with reporting and decision-making.
• Oversee governance, reporting and control structures.
• Manage budget, scope and delivery performance.
