Job summary

EY FS Ireland is recruiting a Technical Delivery Lead within Technology Consulting to steer complex technology transformation programs for financial services clients. The role focuses on large-scale delivery across banking platforms, payments, channels, credit and related domains, with emphasis on end-to-end SDLC and delivering pragmatic client outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery plans, and drive best practices in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methods, ensuring quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery or technical project management in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience across large-scale technology transformation and full SDLC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of complex financial services technology projects from inception through deployment.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, engineering leads, test leads, vendors and client stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, manage scope, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure successful completion of major delivery activities across requirements, design, build, testing and deployment.
• Apply delivery discipline across SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Operate effectively in fast-paced multi-vendor environments and support decision-making.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and support team members and foster delivery excellence.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to drive innovation.
