Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead technology recruitment in Dublin. You will build and nurture client relationships, source top tech talent, and shape sourcing strategies across perm and contract roles.

Reporting to Directors, you will mentor juniors, expand the Dublin office, and contribute to ongoing recruitment innovation while enjoying flexible working between office and home.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key, long-term client relationships.
• Source and match top tech candidates to client needs.
• Head-hunt and network via LinkedIn, GitHub and Stack Overflow.
• Write and post job adverts.
• Telephone screen candidates for fit.
• Arrange and manage the interview process end-to-end.
• Make offers and handle rejections professionally.
• Collate references and supporting documentation.
• Build a personal brand across social media.
• Stay current on tech industry trends.
• Use SourceWhale, LinkedHelper and Paiger to work smarter.
• Arrange and attend client meetings to explore opportunities.
• Negotiate fees and terms of engagement.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues day to day.
