Project Foundry is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead IT & Technology recruitment in Ireland. You will manage assignments from requirement through to placement, building strong client and candidate relationships and developing deep expertise in a specialist market.

• Significant IT/Technology recruitment experience.
• Strong Irish market network across IT clients and candidates.
• Proven ability to deliver complex recruitment assignments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts through delivery and new hiring demand.
• Manage full lifecycle for permanent and contract roles.
• Source via direct sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping.
• Advise clients on market availability and best hiring routes.
• Build long-term partnerships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Maintain CRM records and deliver recruitment outcomes.
