Job summary

Barden is partnering with a growing technology client to appoint a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Dublin team on a 6-month contract. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across engineering and specialist technology roles, shaping sourcing strategies and working closely with senior stakeholders.

You should bring 5+ years of end-to-end technical recruitment experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder management, and a track record of hiring across engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
• Experience hiring across engineering and specialist technology roles.
• SRE or similar specialist technical recruitment experience is highly desirable.

• Developing sourcing strategies and engaging with passive talent.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and advise on the market.
• Managing interview processes from initial screening through to offer.

This opportunity would suit an experienced technical recruiter who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and has a strong track record of hiring across engineering and specialist technology roles.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Managing recruitment across a range of technical and engineering positions;
• Developing sourcing strategies and engaging with passive talent;
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and advise on the market;
• Managing interview processes from initial screening through to offer;
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines;
• Managing offer negotiations through to successful hire;
• Providing regular updates and recruitment insights to key stakeholders;
• Supporting improvements to recruitment processes and wider Talent Acquisition projects.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• 5+ years' experience in end-to-end technical recruitment;
• Strong experience recruiting within technology, ideally across engineering roles;
• SRE or similar specialist technical recruitment experience highly desirable;
• Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
• Strong communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach;
