Job summary

Multidisciplinary Global Agency in Dublin is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join its dynamic Building Consultancy team at the Central Dublin Office. You will conduct due diligence surveys, stock condition assessments, and dilapidations, while overseeing fit-outs for a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, funds and developers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Building Surveying experience.
• Registered Building Surveyor; ideally chartered.
• Experience overseeing contractors across commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Full driver's license & personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Technical Due Diligence inspections and surveys.
• Deliver transaction-led surveys, including pre-acquisition and vendor reports.
• Conduct building fabric condition and defect analysis surveys.
• Complete stock condition surveys across estate portfolios.
• Manage the Dilapidations process for both Landlords and Tenants.
• Oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects on behalf of clients.
