Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, Supplier Development & Performance Management, to lead strategic supplier initiatives across a global, matrixed organization. You will drive development plans, monitor performance, and guide risk-reduction programs with cross-functional partners, including Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring regulatory compliance while improving product quality and supply reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain in regulated environments.
• Minimum of 5 years in supplier quality, supplier development, supplier performance management, or external manufacturing.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence rather than direct reporting authority.
• Experience developing and implementing supplier improvement plans and verifying sustainable results.
• Working knowledge of medical device quality systems, purchasing controls, supplier controls, risk management, process validation, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience using data, metrics, and statistical methods to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support decisions.
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and supplier executives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive the supplier development and performance management strategy.
• Lead risk-based supplier segmentation, capability assessment, and intervention.
• Translate risks into targeted supplier development plans and actions.
• Lead proactive supplier development methods and training.
• Create templates and playbooks for consistent execution across regions and categories.
• Serve as SME for supplier development, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Define supplier metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and escalation criteria.
• Present trends and improvement progress to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Promote integration of quality, delivery, and risk considerations into decisions.
