Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director of Quality Business Process Excellence to lead end-to-end quality programs. The role drives process decomposition, training, and continuous improvement across Innovative Medicine Quality with a focus on resiliency and collaboration with R&D, Commercial and Supply Chain.

The position requires a strong background in Six Sigma, Lean or DEX, a minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, and proven leadership in a complex, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12 years relevant business experience required.
• 8 years in Supply Chain (Operational), Quality or R&D required.
• Black Belt Certification preferred.
• PE knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean or DEX required.
• High tolerance for ambiguity in a complex environment.
• Ability to build effective partnering relationships.
• Financial acumen and broad understanding of business environment.
• Ability to influence with data, insights and external factors.

Responsibilities

• Enable Quality processes and partner with Quality Systems & Innovative Medicine Quality Leadership.
• Develop process decomposition, documentation, training and continuous improvement.
• Manage investments for Quality Systems with Strategy & Operations and Finance.
• Oversee end-to-end performance management and tiered PM structures.
• Own supply chain resiliency and annual BoD risk content.
• Develop talent and ensure high-performing teams.
• Foster collaboration with IMQ, Enterprise and partner functions.
• Align IMQ processes with R&D and Commercial.
