Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager to lead supplier development and performance management within the Supplier Quality organization. The role drives risk-based supplier capability, oversees performance metrics, and partners across Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing to secure quality supply and patient safety.

You will deploy scalable playbooks, lead cross-functional teams, and influence governance forums to sustain continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain in regulated industry.
• Minimum 5 years in supplier quality, supplier development, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, EU MDR).
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the supplier development and performance strategy and governance.
• Lead cross-functional supplier improvement initiatives and risk reduction.
• Define and maintain supplier performance measures, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Guide development and execution of supplier quality improvement plans and actions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align priorities and drive sustained results.
